KARVE is a women-only Transformer Pilates studio in Ar Rawdah, Jeddah. The studio, the teaching team and the front desk are all female, at every class on the schedule. Classes run fifty minutes on KARVE's custom Transformer machine, beginners included, and first-timers can start with three classes for SAR 600.

An all-female team
Your instructors, front desk and studio management are all women. Your instructor can guide your technique closely and respectfully, in a space designed for women.
Private by design
Soft, intentional lighting and a limited number of machines. If you prefer a more private setting, one-to-one sessions are available in a separate two-machine room.
Private changing rooms
Calm, private changing rooms and showers, with body care provided. Arrive as you are, change comfortably, and leave ready for the rest of your day.
Beginners are the norm
Most women who walk into KARVE have never used a reformer before. Dedicated KARVE BEGINNERS classes are smaller than regular classes and take place in a separate private studio.
A club, not just a class
The KARVE Club around the studio includes a café, workspace and stretch room, all within the same women-only space.

Start with three classes
The intro is three full classes for SAR 600, for first-timers, valid fourteen days from your first booking. Prices include VAT, and you can cancel or reschedule free up to twelve hours before.
