KARVE is a women-only Transformer Pilates studio in Ar Rawdah, Jeddah. The studio, the teaching team and the front desk are all female, at every class on the schedule. Classes run fifty minutes on KARVE's custom Transformer machine, beginners included, and first-timers can start with three classes for SAR 600.
What women-only actually means here
An all-female team
Instructors, front desk and studio management are all women. Your instructor will put hands on your form to correct it, and that is a different conversation when the room is female.
Private by design
Dim, intentional lighting and a limited number of machines. For complete discretion there are private one-to-one sessions in a separate two-machine room.
Changing rooms that expect you
Calm, private changing rooms and showers, with body-care provided. You can arrive dressed for the day and leave dressed for it again.
Beginners are the norm
Most women who walk in have never used a reformer. Dedicated KARVE BEGINNERS classes are smaller than the regular ones and run in a separate private studio.
A club, not just a class
The KARVE Club around the studio has a café, a workspace and a stretch room — all inside the same women-only space.

Start with three classes
The intro is three full classes for SAR 600, for first-timers, valid fourteen days from your first class. Prices include VAT, and you can cancel or reschedule free up to twelve hours before.
