The KARVE way
KARVE’s house rules are the simple principles every class runs on — arrive ten minutes early, wear grip socks, and help keep the studio calm, safe, and welcoming for every woman who trains here. Read them before your first class so you know exactly what to expect.
Arrive early
Come ten minutes before class to settle in and set up — late arrivals may not be admitted out of respect for the session.
Grip socks required
Grip socks are mandatory on the Transformer for safety and hygiene. Available at the studio if you forget yours.
Disconnect
Phones stay on silent and away during class. This is your time to be present — mind and body.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead and there is no charge. Later than that and the class is deducted — the spot is hard to refill at short notice.
Respect the space
Wipe down your machine, return equipment, and treat the team and one another with kindness.
A women-only space
KARVE is a considered space designed for women — please help us keep it safe and welcoming.
Why the rules are the rules
“It was my first time joining a Pilates class and I absolutely loved it. The place is hygienic, the staff were super friendly and showed me around, and everything was wonderful.”
“Aisha was very keen that all movements are in the right form and position.”
“She was really attentive and paid attention to my form and corrected me, and pushed us through the class.”
“She really does focus on form, and I appreciate that. She also makes sure everyone is on top of the moves in class.”
Before your first class
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may not be admitted, out of respect for the session already under way. Come ten minutes before class and you will never be rushed.
What if I forget my grip socks?
They are available at the studio. Grip socks are mandatory on the Transformer for safety and hygiene, so a forgotten pair is never a reason to miss a class.
How late can I cancel without being charged?
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead and there is no charge. Later than that and the class is deducted, because the spot is hard to refill at short notice.
What do I need to bring?
Grip socks, or a pair bought at the studio. Fresh towels and lockers are provided.
Is KARVE women-only?
Yes. KARVE is a considered space designed for women, taught by an all-female team. Helping us keep it calm and welcoming is the last of the house rules and the one the others rest on.
Transform your mind. Transform your body.
Three classes is all it takes to feel the difference. Book your first session and meet the room.
