Your card link and your member code identify you. Keep them to yourself: anyone holding them can see your card, and we may treat a request made through them as made by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your link and we will issue you a new one.
When you give a guest a complimentary class you confirm that you have her permission to give us her name, mobile number and email, and that she is content for us to contact her about the class. We contact her about that booking, and we ask for her own permission before we send her anything else. Your guest trains on the same terms as anyone else: she meets the same age and health conditions, and she completes the studio's waiver before her first class. A complimentary class cannot be used to reduce the price of, or extend, anything you have bought.
We may change how the programme works — the tiers, the milestones, the rewards, and the periods they run for — or close the programme, at any time. Where a change reduces what you can earn or hold, we will publish it in the Programme Details before it takes effect; and if we close the programme we will give you a reasonable period to use the rewards you already hold.
We may suspend or end a membership, and withdraw the rewards held under it, where a membership is used dishonestly, where rewards are sold or traded, where an account is shared or duplicated, or where these terms are broken. Where a reward has been granted in error, or through a fault in our systems, we may correct it.
If you close your KARVE account, or ask us to take you out of the programme, your tier, your class count and any rewards you hold end with it. Stopping the programme's messages is a separate thing and costs you nothing: your tier, your classes and your rewards all stay as they are.
The programme is provided as it stands. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a reward we cannot provide, for a class that is full, or for any interruption to your card, your wallet pass or our systems, and our liability in connection with the programme is limited as set out in these terms.
