Terms & Conditions

"Service" means KARVE classes, the studio and our website. "Company" means Alf Mile Co. "Packages" means class credits and memberships. "JoinIn2" is our third-party booking platform.

You must be 18 or older to create or manage an account, and no more than one account per person. A 16- or 17-year-old may take a class with the consent of her parent or legal guardian, in whose name the account is held and who makes the booking and payment. The account holder is responsible for keeping the login secure. You confirm you're medically fit to take part and will let an instructor know of any condition that may affect your participation.

Prices are in SAR and include VAT. Packages are valid for a set period from purchase. Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class at no charge; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class credit.

Please treat the team, other members and the space with respect, follow studio and hygiene rules, and arrive on time. Alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted. You're responsible for your own belongings.

The KARVE name, branding and content are protected and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

We use JoinIn2 for bookings and Google services such as Analytics and reCAPTCHA. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.

Exercise carries inherent risks, which you acknowledge by taking part. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees as to specific fitness results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your breach of applicable law. This does not extend to anything caused by our own negligence or breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
