Your tier is read from your last twelve months at the studio, recalculated every night. No points and nothing to decode — what each tier gives is listed plainly, and the higher it climbs, the harder it is to lose.

Yours to keep, or to give
A complimentary class is a free class you hold. Book it for yourself, or hand it to a friend — either way we arrange it. For a friend we'll just ask her name, mobile and email so we can hold her seat.

How KARVE REWARDS works
KARVE's members' programme. Everything here is stated plainly, and there are no hidden conditions.
Tiers
Your tier comes from what you have spent over the last twelve months, recalculated every night.
Your tier is reviewed once a year. If your spend falls below the bar that holds your tier you step down one level — never further — and we tell you 30 days before the review.
The bar for each tier, and the bar that holds yours, are both shown on your card.
Milestones
Milestones count the classes you have taken, for life. You reach one once, it is yours, and it never resets.
The reward for a milestone lands the moment you reach it, and is yours to use within 180 days of it arriving.
Rewards
Quarterly rewards expire at the end of the quarter, annual ones at the end of the year, and milestone rewards after the window above. We email you before a reward runs out, while there is still time to use it.
A complimentary class can be used by you, or given to a friend. For a friend we need her name, mobile and email, because the booking system cannot create an account without one.
You ask for a reward from your card and we arrange it, subject to availability. It stays held for you until we do, and it does not run out while it is waiting on us. If we cannot arrange it, it goes back into your balance in full.
Messages and privacy
We email you when you join, when your tier changes, and if your tier is about to lapse.
You can stop the programme's messages from your card. Stopping them keeps your tier, your class count and every reward you hold, and it is reversible.
The studio screen shows first names only, at milestones. You can hide yourself from it, from your card.
Joining KARVE REWARDS, and asking for or using a reward, means you accept the KARVE REWARDS terms and the privacy policy. They set out how tiers, milestones and rewards are earned, held and used, and how long each one lasts.

What is KARVE REWARDS?
KARVE's members' programme. It rewards training and staying: tiers read from your last twelve months, milestones count your classes for life, and both pay real rewards at the studio. It's free, and there's no sign-up — membership is automatic.
How do I join?
You already have. Every KARVE client is a member from her first class. Ask for your card on this page, or send the word REWARDS to the studio on WhatsApp.
I've trained at KARVE for a while — does my history count?
Yes, all of it. Your card opens with every class since your first day already counted, every milestone you've already passed already yours — rewards included — and your tier read from your last twelve months at the studio. Nobody starts from zero; the programme starts from your record.
Do I need an app or a password?
No. Your card is a private link, sent to the email you use at the studio, and it opens with one tap. Add it to Apple or Google Wallet and it stays on your phone, always current.
How is my tier decided?
By what you've spent at the studio over the last twelve months, recalculated every night. Your tier is reviewed once a year; if your spend has dipped you step down one level at most, and we tell you before it happens.
Do my classes ever expire?
Never. Milestones count the classes you've taken, for life. You reach one once and it's yours — it never resets, even if you take a break.
What is a complimentary class?
A free class for someone you bring — or for yourself. Share it from your card; we'll ask for your friend's name, mobile and email so we can hold her seat, then the desk confirms the class with you.
What is a recovery session?
A session with the studio's recovery equipment, arranged with the desk at a time that suits you. It doesn't use a class credit and doesn't take a class seat.
Will you message me a lot?
Only when something is yours: when you join, when your tier changes, and if it's about to lapse. You can switch the programme's messages off from your card, and it changes nothing about your tier or rewards.
Who can see my progress?
You. Your card is a private link that shows your progress and only identifies you — nothing can be redeemed or changed through it. The studio board shows first names only, at milestones, and you can hide yourself from it.
What does it cost?
Nothing. KARVE REWARDS is free and automatic — the only thing that moves your tier is training with us.
