For Shahed, fitness is more than a workout—it’s a way of life. Believing in the mantra “strong mind, strong body,” Shahed sees movement and physical strength as essential for mental well-being. Fitness has been her foundation for building resilience, endurance, and balance in both mind and body. At KARVE, she brings this passion to life, helping others connect with their bodies and discover their full potential.

Shahed describes her classes as the perfect mix of uplifting vibes, energetic music, and a spicy sequence that keeps her clients coming back for more. Her favourite move? The Back Platform Lunge on 1 gray spring, a true test of strength and durability that transformed her lower body.

With KARVE’s unique approach to Pilates, Shahed feels her teaching has reached a new level, blending innovation with precision. And when it comes to playlists, her love for Afro House Music keeps the energy alive and clients motivated through every move.
