KARVE Instructor and Personal Trainer

For Sarah, movement is more than a workout. It is a way to reconnect with yourself, build
confidence, and find balance. With over three years of experience in yoga, she brings a deep
sense of mindfulness and body awareness to her Pilates classes at KARVE.

Her classes focus on control, flow, and strength, with a calm yet powerful energy that leaves
clients feeling grounded and empowered.

Sarah’s favourite move on the Transformer is the Carriage Lunge, a stability-testing burner that
pushes your limits and builds strength from the inside out.

Her playlists are filled with feel-good throwbacks that keep the energy high and the vibes fun
from start to finish. Expect Sarah’s classes to be mindful, motivating, and mood-lifting, a perfect
